Beginners

If you are completely new to running or you are just coming back from a break or injury, then we offer a group for beginners called The Penguins. People have different goals in the group. Some are aiming for the first 21km race and others just want to get fitter while enjoying the company of others on a regular 5km training run. There are various groups of different abilities but contact me at aacpenguins@gmail.com before you join us.

This run follows the mountain to the end of Tafelberg Road and back. If the mountain is under cloud cover we run from Hamiltons.

We meet on the grass opposite Vida Cafe. This run follows Victoria Road out of Camps Bay to Clifton, turns around at 20 Victoria Road and back to to the start.
